Can I combine two (or more) orders?

If you have two or more open orders, I am happy to combine shipping on these and refund you the difference, assuming I have not already packaged the order. Please send me a message with your order numbers to georgia@ohhellofeelingsco.com. We will always try to do this automatically.

Can I cancel my order?

I've placed and order to the wrong address by accident, can you help?

If your order has already been packaged and shipped then I am unable to change the address. Should this mean that you are unable to take delivery of the order and it is returned to me, I will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at the cost of the buyer.

There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

Can I request a custom order?

At the moment, I am not able to take on custom order requests, please accept my apologies.

When will my order ship?

Current processing times are 5-10 business days.
You can check the progress of your order through your Etsy account under "purchases and reviews".

 My order hasn't arrived yet, can you help?

UK orders: please contact me if your order has not arrived 10 business days after the due date (10 business days + 2 business days originally quoted for the delivery aim).

European orders: please contact me if your order has not arrived 20 business days after the due date (20 business days + 5 business days originally quoted for the delivery aim). Please note that shipping to the EU is currently suspended. 

Rest of the world orders: please contact me if your order has not arrived 25 business days after the due date (25 business days + 5 business days originally quoted for the delivery aim).

Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. All missing order claims must be made within 180 days of dispatch.

My order is a gift, can you hide the prices please?

If your order is a gift, please mark this as a gift upon checkout.

Is there any tracking for my order?

UK tracked/signed for postage is not available as standard. This is an optional extra now available at the checkout. If you have paid for tracked postage, I will ensure you have the details in order to track your mail.

International tracked/signed for postage : Again, this is not available as standard and must be selected as an upgrade during checkout. I always advise that international customers use a tracked option. Please note that the tracking will not always update until the package has reached your destination country. A signature will also be required upon delivery of the item.

Can you please explain customs fees?

When a package is delivered internationally, it MAY be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on the website

What are your coupon/discount policies?

Coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added once an order has been placed. You may only use one coupon code per transaction. For any promotional freebie items with minimum spends, please be aware that this minimum is the total after the discount has been applied and before the shipping costs are added.

How do i select the correct bracelet size?

Measure the widest part of your wrist (where your wrist bone is) using a flexible measuring tape (one used for sewing).

If you don't have a tape, use a strip of paper or a piece of string. mark it where it overlaps then lay it flat and measure using a ruler.

Our bracelets are on elasticated cord, designed for a snug fit as the cord will stretch slightly over time.

How do i care for my jewellery/charm?

To ensure you get the very most from your bracelet/charm, please take note of the following guidelines:

Keep away from moisture.

Remove when sleeping.

Remove before entering water.

Allow perfume and lotion to dry before wearing.

Remove before exercising.

Store in a closed bag or box.

Please note that colourful beads and hardware will naturally fade/tarnish/lose colour over time due to exposure to oxygen, natural body oils and chemicals.
